iRobot Roomba j7+ replacement parts.

Choose the j7+ replacement filter, rubber rollers, side brush or Clean Base bag you need. These Amazon listings name the j7+; check your model label and the selected pack before ordering.

Check the variant: This guide is for the vacuum-only Roomba j7+ (7550) with Clean Base. The standard j7 (7150) has no Clean Base unless bought separately. Roomba Combo j7+ (C755020) is a different vacuum-and-mop model; do not assume its filter or roller compatibility from this guide.

Fit: The seller lists Roomba j7+ model 7550 among the compatible e, i and j series vacuums.

Replace when: iRobot recommends replacing the j-series filter every 2 months. Replace it sooner if damaged or if cleaning it does not restore pickup.

Before buying: This is not an iRobot filter. The listing names j7+ (7550); it does not establish fit for Combo j7+. The filter is not washable—keep it away from water.

Fit: The seller lists Roomba j7 and j7+ in the compatible E, I and J series.

Replace when: iRobot recommends replacing j-series brushes every 6–12 months. Remove wrapped hair and debris weekly before replacing worn or damaged rollers.

Before buying: This is not an iRobot brush set. Its listing also names Combo i5 and j5, but that does not mean it fits the separate Combo j7+ model. Compare the end fittings with your removed pair.

Fit: The seller lists Roomba j7+ among its compatible j-series models.

Replace when: Replace a brush when its arms are bent, missing or no longer sweep edges effectively. iRobot's j-series chart calls for monthly cleaning but gives no fixed replacement interval.

Before buying: This is not an iRobot brush. Match the screw mount and brush shape to your original; seller compatibility claims have not been fit-tested by DustMigo.

Fit: The seller's compatibility details name Roomba j7+ and all Clean Base models.

Replace when: Replace the bag when the Clean Base or app prompts you. Household debris and cleaning frequency affect how quickly it fills.

Before buying: These bags go inside the Clean Base dock, not in the robot's dust bin. The j7+ includes a Clean Base; a standard j7 needs the optional dock. This is not an iRobot bag.

What is shared, and what needs checking?

j7 vs. j7+
iRobot's j-series care chart and its e/i/j replenishment-kit listing cover the j7 and j7+ robot parts. The plus sign identifies the self-emptying package: Clean Base bags are only needed when a Clean Base is installed.
Robot parts vs. Clean Base bags
Filters, rubber rollers and the edge-sweeping brush are robot consumables. The disposable bag belongs inside the Clean Base dock. iRobot says its bags fit Clean Base models; a j7 owner without that dock does not need a bag.
Roomba Combo j7+
Combo j7+ (C755020) is a separate vacuum-and-mop model. iRobot states that the standard e/i/j replenishment kit is not compatible with Combo j7+; verify every accessory against the Combo-specific listing. The side-brush and bag sellers may list Combo models, but that does not prove their filters or rollers fit.
Third-party parts
All four replacement consumable listings on this page are third-party products. Compatibility statements come from the Amazon sellers and have not been independently fit-tested by DustMigo.
CLEAN FIRST, REPLACE WHEN NEEDED

iRobot Roomba j7+ maintenance intervals

The manufacturer’s published care guidance for this model gives these intervals. Wear and your cleaning routine can change when a part needs replacement; follow the replacement manufacturer’s care instructions too.

iRobot Roomba j7+ cleaning and replacement intervals
PartCleanReplace
High-efficiency filterWeekly; twice weekly in homes with petsEvery 2 months
Dual multi-surface brushesWeekly; twice weekly in homes with petsEvery 6–12 months
Edge-sweeping brushMonthlyNo fixed interval listed; replace when worn or damaged
Clean Base bagNo routine cleaning; keep the evacuation path clearWhen prompted by the Clean Base or app

iRobot says j-series filters are not washable: tap debris off and keep the filter dry. Clean the main brushes weekly, or twice weekly in homes with pets. The Clean Base/app prompt is the replacement cue for a full bag; a red light can also mean the bag is missing or not seated correctly.

Before you order

Do the same replacement parts fit Roomba j7 and j7+?

iRobot's j-series chart and standard e/i/j refill kit cover the j7 and j7+ robot parts. The important package difference is the Clean Base: j7+ includes it, while j7 does not unless the dock was purchased separately. Only buy bags if your setup has that base.

Can I use these j7+ parts on Roomba Combo j7+?

Do not use this guide for Combo j7+ as a whole. iRobot says its standard e/i/j replenishment kit is not compatible with Combo j7+. Some individual sellers list a shared side brush or dock bag, but that does not establish fit for the filter or rollers.

How often should I replace the Roomba j7+ filter and brushes?

iRobot's j-series chart recommends replacing the filter every 2 months and the dual brushes every 6–12 months. It gives no fixed replacement interval for the edge-sweeping brush; clean it monthly and replace it when worn or damaged.

Are these genuine iRobot replacement parts?

No. The four linked consumable products are third-party listings from EAGLEGGO, Pivxsnkew, neutop and VBN. Their sellers list Roomba j7+ compatibility; DustMigo has not independently tested fit or performance. The original j7+ robot listing is shown separately below.
